Who is it for?
 
Most of the people who are aware of the importance of staying in shape and training properly, are also aware of the fact that cross country skiing is one of the best forms of fitness training.. It provides a complete cardiovascular workout, and also helps develop strength in an enormous range of muscles in the body. Unlike running, roller skiing (with exception of an occasion fall) is low impact and healthy for the joints and ligaments. However, not everybody is aware that, the use of  roller skis, cross- country skiing can be practiced all year round. Some may think that the use of roller skis is limited only to serious cross-country skiers who live in the snow belts. On the contrary, roller skiing (with some basic skills) offers benefits to individuals of all fitness levels. The opportunity to engage in one of the most healthy and beneficial forms of exercise no matter where or in which climate they live.  Roller skiing is available to all who wish to improve their fitness level or health through engaging in the highly touted (by Medical doctors, Exercise Physiologists, Physical Therapists and Sports trainers) form of exercise cross-country skiing provides.
